So I have run into a problem. I have tried several time, several different ways but I seem to be unable to enter my BIOS. My MOBO is a MSI Z97A Gaming 7 bought brand new. I have had my computer for a couple of months now and it works fine. I have even entered my BIOS before flawlessly. I just so happened to try this time but pressing delete or f11 doesn't work. I tried 45 different keyboards (2 usb, 2 ps2) and none work. It's as if my computer isn't registering the input of the keyboards that early in boot up. Plus my ps2 keyboard wont work at all as my ps2 port on my MOBO has died and wont register the boards. This as a hole is a problem for my but there is more.

My second problem is that overclocking my RAM and/or CPU doesn't work at all. I press both the OC Genie buttons on the board and in the BIOS and no effect happens. Even pressing the XMP button doesn't do a thing either.

If anyone could help that would be tremendous!!! If you need any more info either comment or look at my system specs on my profile page. Thanks!

OK, yeah entering the BIOS can be a right pain sometimes, I usually just hold down the Del key when restarting... fast boot doesn't give you much time at all and in some cases won't work. If you have no problem with the BIOS settings being reset completely, you can reset CMOS instead and then when you post it'll boot into the BIOS/UEFI... this could also help with the problem you're having trying to OC. But TBH the genie is crap IMO... I have the MSI z97 Gaming 5 and I couldn't get much OC out of it at all when I tried, it's much better to do it manually by just increasing the multiplier, I have mine at 4.4Ghz on air cooling with a noctuah nh-d15.
