DVI-D DL V.S. Multi-connectivity

Hey,

I'm going to buy a Catleap, but I'm really in doubt about buying the regular one with just the single DVI dual link connection or the multiconnectivity one. For me, the difference in price is negligible.

I do not need (at the time) more connections than dual link DVI, and the regular version has the advantage that the cable connects directly to the panel, meaning no input lag there... However, the multi-connectivity option, apart from input lag, adds also some future proofness... I don't need hdmi at the moment, but i have no idea what future cards will have for their IO... I might wanna run a second monitor like this and have no DVI connection...

So I know the choice is mine, and this is higly subjective, but I'd like to hear some opinions... thanks! ;)
