Hi,

I'd like to know if I could boost my Wifi router range my making a DIY antenna. I thought about using a coax cable which goes in my attic but is connected to nothing. My router is Asus RT-N12. Would it work and do I need to make a special loop fro having a good signal?

Thanks!

Yes, get a 5ghz capable wireless router. Do you have a budget?
