Which Tripod is better?

I got an email from amazon with a tripod as I was looking for tripods recently(still am)

are there any differences and which would shall I get?

I will be using this for my tech youtube channel to shoot A/B-ROLL

buy the cheapest fluid head video tripod head, and fit it to some cheap legs

what is your utter MAX budget
