Windows 10 input language randomly changing.

Hi.

 

When typing or gaming my input language will randomly change so the @ and the " symbols switch. I then have to delete the US QWERTY which is the only language there. 
and then add it again. Any fixes for this?

in some games like arma3 or rust the game itself will change it, i don't think there is a fix for it since i only had one lanugage and it added a new one (english) and changed to it
