Cool, so basically would have to re overclock? What about the boot drive? Would i just have to select the correct one again?

I think you have to overclock again i don't know for sure but it wil just select the correct boot drive and if not go to the BIOS and select it there :)

In many cases you may run into driver issues, in most cases I would recommend a re-install although if you can remove the drivers first off you should be good :)

Jereon is mistaken to an extent, if you have a OEM copy of windows then you have to BUY to a new copy of windows but if you have a normal copy you are find. Also you are going to have to uninstall the old motherboard drivers and install the new motherboard drivers.

Actually that is not true. I own OEM Windows 7 Ultimate. I've bought all new hardware, installed Windows OEM and it works without problem.

Windows OEM keys do not work on more than one motherboard, you can sometimes call and ask them to reactivate it on new motherboard but EULA you agree to when installing windows ties it to the motherboard you install it on. So yes it is true.

OEM means "original equipment manufacturer", it is copy of windows sold for cheaper than normal and majority in bulk to companies like Dell and Toshiba and they put them on their mass produced windows products. I'm not for sure if cyberpower uses them or not but I believe if you right click on your "computer" in the start menu, at the bottom of the window that pops up in the bottom you should see "oem" in the "product id".

There should be absolutely no bottleneck with any GPU out right now using a pcie 2.0 x16 slot so you shouldn't worry about upgrading for that.

To put it in perspective, Sandy Bridge-E only uses pcie 2.0, so you like the 3960x 12 threaded fucking monsters of cpu's haha.

Yea there won't be any bottleneck at all in that setup. The rumored price from a digital leak is that the 9970 is going to come in at 549$. Although it isn't going to be called a 9970, it is going to be something like a "R9 290" I think.
