2 step verification problem

Hi

 

So recently I lost my phone and I can't even get my old number back because it was just a top up card I bought in a store, no contract or anything.

 

And today I removed cookies from my PC and it's requiring me to re-login to all sites.

 

And google services also require me to input the god damn code that I can't input because I don't have my phone.

 

I can still access everything (including my account settings) on my laptop though because I'm still logged in on it.

 

I cant remove it myself though because it requires codes from my phone as well which I CANT ACCESS.

 

I am so ridiculously frustrated right now... 

 

Also, I still have my recovery email but I can't find any option to utilize it in any way.

 

What should I do, or is there anything I could do?

 

I don't even care about gmail etc because Its full of shit and I get tons of spam on it so it doesn't really matter, but I used that email to register on a lot of websites...

I tried their recovery option but first, it says that it will reset my password which I dont give a crap about because I already know it, and second, it keeps asking me about some absurd crap that nobody would know (like when I started using google services). Like I would know, they forced me to do it when they started pushing their google plus crap and I had to link my youtube account to it...
