yeah for sure. will run 1080p @ max settings 60fps

If yes, you're fine

 

If no, either get a motherboard that supports overclocking, or get the 6700 (non-K SKU)

 

Also, if you plan on overclocking (which a K SKU generally indicates), it's highly recommended to get an aftermarket heatsink.
