Im sort of on the same boat as you nullbot but ive heard bad things about the RM series

And if i can i would want a fully modular one

The RM series is OK, just not for the money. The RMx and RMi are a completely different unit than the RM so they're fine.

So i had asked on here about a pc build im doing and which power supply to go with, and i was recommended 750W,

Ive since then changed the build a little bit and was curious and i tested PSU calculators and it recommended a 550W

So just gonna show the new build and just get opinions.

Case: Corsair Graphite 780T White Full Tower Case

Motherboard:  ASUS Z170-AR Motherboard

CPU:  Intel Core i7 6700K

CPU Cooling: Cryorig C7 Compact CPU Cooler

RAM:  Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2400C14 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Black

GPU:  ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Turbo 4GB

Storage: Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB 2.5in SSD

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001

Optical drive: LG BH16NS40 16X BD-R Blu-ray Writer OEM

Mouse/Keyboard:  CoolerMaster CM Storm Octane Gaming Bundle

That system will rarely, if ever, go over 300W so take that as you will.

The EVGA 650W GQ is often found for under 70 USD so go for that or the EVGA GS/G2/B2

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
