RCA Jack Contact Issues

I have an Onkyo TX-SR600 Receiver and the RCA jack for the subwoofer only works if I pull the cable as hard as I can and put it under the receivers foot, obviously this works but it is very impractical if I ever want to put the receiver somewhere that this isn't possible, do any of you know of a practical fix for this? Or do I need to have it repaired/replace the RCA Jack?

how do you know its the jack and not the cable?

I've used multiple cables on it, they all work only if I pull them into the same position.

Also, I've looked into the jack with a light and can see the connectors are nearly flat, but I cant pick them out, I've tried a couple of times.

then yeah your jack is broken

no idea how broken though, you would need to open it and take a look and see if you can repair it yourself

sending it to a repair shop would probably cost way too much for this simple fix

There's another subwoofer out, listed under the DVD area, but it only outputs from Optical under CD   I can try to pick out the pins again.
