Samsung 840 evo help

Hi guys

 

tI just got a samsung 840 evo 500gb ssd

but my OS doesn't detect it But the bios detects it just fine, so if you guys can help me it would be fantastic 

 

Specs:

asus V formula

intel 3770k @3,5 ghz

dual amd 7990 in crossfire

boot device: asus raidr express

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Might sound stupid, But did you plug it in properly?

 

Oh and what PSU do you have

Looks like it is not formated or something. Do you want to use this as a boot HDD?

Are you looking in windows explorer or the "storage manager" (can't remember if that's what it's called)?

You may have to configure it through the "storage manager"

Go to start menu right click my computer go to manage. under storage go to Disk Manegent. Wait a few second and it should pop up, Right click it and create a new volume and thats it
