8GB (2x4) of Ballistix Tactical Tracer used  for 65$

Im going from 6GB of mismatched 1600MHZ ram , 

Mainly Im looking for something to spice up my system and more ram is always good.

Should I jump on it

just get 16GB at this point, it wonl't give a big difference going from 6 to 8 GB

 

Also, 8GB can be had for less than 50 dollars.

Where do you live/what currency are you using? That seems a little expensive.

EDIT: wait... used? Definitely not worth it. You can get a brand new red/green set from NewEgg for $56. $45 if you want the orange/blue set.

It won't make a huge difference if your just gaming, but yes do it if you ALREADY have an SSD, otherwise SSD first.

If that is USD, that is not a good deal. 2x4GB should be about 45 USD. Or are you from a different country?

We can get 8GB of brand new DDR3 (1x8 or 2x4) for about £30 (~$43) here in the UK and that includes 20% VAT (sales tax), so $65 is extremely expensive, especially used. 

 

EDIT: Assuming your prices are in USD, if not, ignore me entirely.

The best I could find is 49.99 for one 4GB stick.

I'm not sure how the prices will compare if you're in Canada, or how much the shipping will be since it's a US based company.

Ok, but you're still looking at a new set vs a used set.

true , the guy is pretty set on 70$ too it took me forever to talk him down to 65$

I might just jump on a 1.5TB HDD since all i have for storage is my 128GB SSD
