Do Windows 7 is better for old game ?

Ex: The sims 3 (2009),  do i have more FPS whit Windows 7 ?

The difference in FPS will be extremely minimal, if anything they'll probably run better on Windows 10.

yes, but some games ran like shit, or even didn't at all
