Go with a higher psu to allow for future upgrades on you card. The MoBo is probably over kill, get a better card and knock a little off the board.

6350 uses same architecture as the 8320. As the only difference being between them being 2 cores, and me being pretty sure gta 5 does not utilize 8 cores, there will be no real difference. This would´ve done loads better:
