Overclocking FX 6300 with Asrock 990f Extreme 3 4+1 phase only, Need help.

Chassis: Raven 03
PSU: Coolermaster 750
MoBo: Asrock 990fx Extreme 3
CPU: Fx 6300 4.5 oc
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Frio
GPU: Palit jetstream Gtx 970
RAM: 2x8 Hyper x fury 1600
HDD: Adata 256 SSD, Seagate SSHD 2TB

I'm new to overclocking, I just read on the net on how to overclocking and this is my progress so far. Did memtest individually ram pass 2 passes each and 2 passes together. Need help, Trying to get it stable. Was able to run 3dMark but failed prime95

prime95 will overvolt and can cause instability. Use aida64 instead

Is your voltage manually set or set to auto? If its set to auto, manually set the voltage, if not then either lower your OC a little until its stable, or raise the voltage a bit(since you are on a 4+1 board I would advise staying under 1.425v when overclocked).
