Do integrated gpus have bios?

I'm pretty sure that your usual motherboard bios updates contains bios updates for the integrated graphics as well.

the IGPU in Intel CPU are running the same microcode as the CPU itself

 

the Intel Graphics is your driver for the car(iGPU) and the mobo BIOS is giving the interface aka steering wheel for the driver to use

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

No, as the BIOS is stored elsewhere on a discrete graphics card, not on the chip itself. However, the motherboard BIOS contains all the necessary instructions for the integrated graphics.
