Graphics card or game?

I have an R9 280x and an i5 4570k recently my fps in csgo is 90fps  and I can not figure out a solution what so ever.  I updated my drivers and at this point I do not know if it my graphics card or my hardware in general or just csgo itself plz help.

Try verifying the cache files. Right click CSGO in your library ---> Click Properties at the very bottom ---> Click Local Files ---> Then click Verify Integrity of Game Cache ---> Wait for it to load. ezpz. This should work, it fixes game properties.

90 FPS is not good i play on 144hz i used to get 200fps

To be honest I think it might be a GPU issue, maybe your graphics drivers. Check to see if you're up to date.
