Wacom tablet help...?! (small or medium)

So I recently have planned on buying a wacom tablet, and was wondering what size I should get for a 24 Inch monitor???? Im on a fixed budget, but at the same time I don't want to make a mistake and get the smaller wacom. This wacom will be used for illustrations......

The Wacom Intuos Art medium should be good enough for you.
