If I use words like probably or most likely, it is because I dislike certainty. These words can probably be omitted and the sentence read as a certainty.

Downloading more RAM is among the oldest surviving tech memes and troll responses. You can't do it, you can't even add pagefile (virtual memory) by downloading it. Thats the joke in there. If you see anyone suggesting such in here, report them. If you encounter them somewhere else, tell them to stop acting like kids and grow up.
