I got a new PC, i5 2320 from basically the dell xps 8300 i5 upgraded, I went and bought a r7 260x and a 600w thermal take psu every time I plug the pcie power into the gpu I get no usb power please help it says 120w Max on psu help?

I'll go ahead and say get a better psu.

As far as the problem goes i'm not sure really,could be the psu.

So without the GPU the System boots normal?

Yes It boots normally and when I bought the gpu it was working fine

So it worked with the GPU at one Point?

Well, a 600W PSU is enough for the Components. Unplug all drives, case Fans ect.

Only power OS HDD, Mainboard and GPU and try it again.
