This is for an assignment regarding a hypothetical scenario so there is no budget. However, the camera needs to be under 1.2kg so I can carry it with a drone (unless there is a drone that can carry more than that weight and is also compatible with said camera). I can not use a drone that already has an attached camera.
Any suggestions?
So far I only have the Movi 4K camera

Uhh the DJI Zenmuse X5 cameras? GoPros, LUMIX G7...

 

If the budget is unlimited you can build your own heavy lift drone that can carry several kilos.

 

Here's a video of a drone that is carrying a camera and gimbal setup that weighs more than your 1.2kg weight limit.

 

 

EDIT: oh yes you also mentioned live streaming... well you can attach a wireless HDMI transmitter to the camera that sends the video signal to a computer or device with a receiver that will be attached to a live streaming service/device.
