hey i m a first time builder and some1 recomend a "decent" power supply

i dont see how this power supply is "cheap" becuz mine is semi modular and 80+ bronze rated

I recommend building a sub-$500 system the first time around if your budget is $3500+ for the first one.

80+ =/= quality

 

Get something like a SeaSonic, Corsair, XFX or something that others recommend. 

When a bad PSU can kill your whole machine, why take the chance?

Yeah if you're a first time builder don't go with something with potentially thousands of dollars worth of parts.

Go make an HTPC just to get familiar with it. Definitely don't do custom water cooling on your first build.

The power supply is a shady brand. You also want i'd say at least 80+ silver.

I'm running an i5 and a GTX 770 (around the same wattage as you) on a 520W PSU. 750 is around enough.

If a psu is 80+ doesn't mean its good. There are many very good non efficient psu(not many on market for computers). There is much more than the efficiency including things like ripple and what happens when you overload the psu. I also worry about your bad grammar and the fact that you want to spend over 4k on a computer.
