Hi this is my build I have planned

i plan to play gta v minecraft fallout 4 and other modern games

i know what I want but I was wondering whether or not I should wait for pascal/Polaris to release

i also want suggestions on what I should do/change

Wouldn't that Memory be worse because Digital Foundry showed in a YouTube video that memory speed effects fps a lot also one stick of ddr4 wouldn't be able to take advantage of dual channel memory

They also state in the video that going over 3000 actually overclocks the CPU too. So you can only directly compare the first two lines and there is very little difference. You'll always get the biggest bump from overclocking the CPU, overclocking memory for gaming is totally irrelevant.
