Ok im building a PC during summer and I am planning it all out and im trying to cut down on price 

(yes i have made more threads but i am trying to go as low as possible with the same performance)

please help drop the price lower without compromise!

(also how would i update bios?)

There's a lot you could do to cut costs.. Since you chose a h170 motherboard, drop the cpu down to a 6500, choose a cheaper air cooler, go with a 60hz monitor instead of 144... go with 8gb ram instead of 16.. choose a less expensive case.. 

 

There isn't going to much of a hit to performance with any of that..
