Hello from Sunny Scotland

Just like to say hello from sunny scotland, and Introduce myself. Been watching the youtube for ages now, so thought best time to sign up to the Forum, and see whats happening. I've attached a Pic of my current set up, nice and Simple,

not over the top.

Specs are

I7 6700k OC- 4.902Ghz

Asus Z170-K

32gb RAM Corsair LPX

Thermaltake 3.0 with triple Fans

5 Intake fans(being expelled out through the Rad.

2x 512 SSD Samsung

1TB Solid State Disk

DVD/CD Writer

All in one CArd Reader

Thermaltake Challenger 700w PSU(Soon to be changed)

 

Not installed and sat next to me Samsung 512gb M.2 Card(OS Will go on this Eventually)

TP-Link Wireless 300Mbps Pci Express Adaptor Card.

5ghz still Eludes me, got a nice stable 4.915Ghz, core 47 with a BLCK @ 104.5 with a core voltage @ 1.39. Am guessing 5ghz I aint going to Achive. Im still tweaking to see if i can hit it, but i think i've hit the limit on this. Any tips from the Guru's would be helpfull ?

Fantastic, hats off man. how are the temps? 

Advice? regrettably I know too little about CPU OC'ing to give any meaningful advice.  But plenty of others around that will be able to!

So more tweaking today, noticed one of my fans was not giving a good Exhaust due to where the dvd/cd player was, so took out the dvd player and card reader and now its

getting a full blast into the 360mm RaD, So cooling is now way better, ran Cine15 Single core and Full CPU core, what do we think of the results, BCKL I dropped to 100.50, voltage is now 1.4v which is high as im going to go.
