Looking for a specific USB hub

Ok, im looking for a very specific usb hub, or as close as I can to it.

 

Must Have:
No need for external power

removable cable

at least one usb port on side opposite from removable cable

Be thin

 

Want to have:

A few usb ports on the side of the removable cable, or on an adjacent side

but thinner and less $$. That would work, but is a little thick.

Also you could remove the case from a thick one and that might solve your problem, depending on what you are using it for.
