White LED strips

Scottonpc

I'm wondering what white LED strips are good quality to put in a PC case? As there is too much of a selection and I don't want some bad ones

how about you for for our white ones? We do have them in 30CM and 60CM and magnetic ones or ones with foam adhesive that never comes off: https://cablemod.com/why-widebeam/

You can get them here: http://store.cablemod.com/

Cool I remember watching the video on LinusTechTips about these

The Bitfenix ones are really nice and fairly well priced. They also have some nice lighting capabilities and are quite easy to setup and install.

However, I'd recommend going with these lights as they're from a very highly reputable company...Now if you could only find them in stock ;-)

I have to recommend the cablemod lights as well if only because they are the only magnetic mounting leds I have seen and that means you can easily decide "hey I don't like that there and want to try a different setup" and just move them around and not have to mount them with tape or something awful that is going to make it a 1 time setup or a major pain to move. As someone that can't line stuff up correctly on the first try whenever I'm using adhesives.... ever... this makes my life so much less painful.

Also the whole widebeam thing for better quality lighting sounds nice. While I have not compared them to non-widebeam leds the price doesn't seem to be increased more than any of its competitors to justify this feature.

Lastly I like to use products from as few sources as possible because I'm ocd like that and as I was already using the cablemod sleeved cables using their leds just meant one less company I needed to deal with.
