Simplest Headphone stand MOD $11

I love a clean simple looking desk, which means headphones need a stand!  BUT stands can be expensive and take up space!  Solution hang them on the wall, clamp onto the desk, OR MOD it yourself.

 

This headphone stand is $11 and looks fine.  BUT its not stable, and takes up space!

Solution: hairdryer and 10 minutes!  And now the headphones can hang off the side of the desk and take up 0 desk space!

I simply bent the base backwards and stuck it under my speakers.  The Foam speaker stands prevent vibration, AND allow the speaker to sit level even with this under them.

You mean like the glossy plastic on my monitor? nothing a can of mat clack spray paint couldn't fix!
