the 5450 should be faster because of the DDR3 VRAM vs DDR2

 

also the 5450 supports DX11 vs the 9400GT only DX10

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

HD5450 is a bit newer than the 9400GT, not to mention the vram.

I used to have a Nvidia Geforce 9400GT, it can run CSGO on low settings and the lowest possible res with 30-40fps.

Why not just get something like a GTX 460?
