Depends on what kind of pc of course.

2nd hand systems can perform a lot better and if your pc has a bay-trail cpu and uses that gpu. 60% faster is disappointing.

Or an amd A4 based system, if it can only beat it by 60% that's also really bad.

Oh well... I'm not expecting much.
