Next time, use the BBCode export function in PCPartPicker to share your lists. It looks like this- [BB]

Why, you ask? Well although it seems like you put a fair amount of effort into it, we still can't tell what exact power supply you equipped it with until we look at the link, neither can we see that the cooler you chose doesn't have a price listed with any online Australian vendors.

And I think it's a little judgemental and, dare I say, derisive, to think that everyone on this forum is here to dish out derision. Most of us, as you've already seen, are here to help.

You're overspending on RAM, and it's safe to say that games will not require more than 8GB for some time now. What you should be investing in is more VRAM. I allocated the money saved to upgrade from a GTX 970 to an R9 390x, which is a faster card and has more than double the VRAM. Seeing as the 390x is a far more capable card, I also bumped you up to a 1440p monitor.

Also, a PCIe network adapter is unnecessary when it's identical to the onboard ethernet on the motherboard you chose.

I also took the liberty of swapping out the cooler to an almost identical one that actually has a price, so you have an idea of how much the whole thing costs.

I switched out the power supply for an equally reliable and less overkill XFX unit, unless you want to upgrade to crossfire later. I also saw a great deal on the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M, which is an incredible case.

Lastly, under normal circumstances, I wouldn't touch the keyboard, but $53 for a keyboard made by Cherry themselves? Too good to pass up.

And there you have it.

It's more than a bit, considering that the price of the cooler is blank, and adds up to at least $150 more.

Sure, let me link you one. However, if you have an ethernet cable in your room, use that instead. In my experience, it's a little faster and more reliable.
