CPU Temp at high temps

I don't know if something's wrong with my i7 4790k. While idle it sits ~35°c and while playing Smite specifically it goes up to 60°c.

I have a full custom water loop, I'm using an EK Supremacy Evo on the cpu. I recently drained and cleaned out the block,

I don't know if it's my cpu or I didn't seat it correctly. The temps were the same even before I cleaned out the loop.

Are these temps okay?

4790ks have been known to run hot.. but 60c is fine... 80 is where it starts becoming hot...

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

Plus it also depends on where you live. I'm living in Singapore and the normal room temp here is around 30C ... So don't expect the CPU temp to be lower than that at all ....
