My First Gaming PC (NCIXUS)

Hello the Linus community I'm build a new gaming pc codename ,TrixGalore, here are the specs But I live in BC,Canada xD (My Grampa Is Getting the parts)

 

i5 4690k

 

Gigabyte Z97

 

8GB DDR3 1866mhz hyperX

 

eVga Gtx 980 ti FTW 6gb ggdr5

 

eVga supernova 750W PSU(Eh

 

bitfenix comrade windowed case(Look Down)

 

Corsair H55i CPU Cooler (Look Cooler)

 

ADATA Sx900 128gb SSD

Not bad, I'd get an unlocked processor and a Z97 board but if you don't want to overclock then the 4690 is nice.

 

I'd also get a Samsung 850 EVO instead of that AData SSD.

Adding a 1TB mechanical hard drive and going with a 240/250GB SSD wouldn't be a bad idea since that ssd is going to fill real fast.

well if this build is strictly for gaming, the specs are fine except you would need more storage

120gb is gonna get filled by 2 or 3 games xD
so get 2TB mechanical hard disk and that will last you for quite some time

also if you plan on playing on 1080p(or below), dont bother getting a 980Ti, especially if u have a 1080p 60Hz monitor xD
get a 980Ti if u plan on playing 1440p, 4k, or u just want your fps to stay above 150 for 1080p on most games with sliders pushed to the max
