Port forwarding on virgin media

I'm making a minecraft server (don't judge haha) and it says i need my local start and end port, where do i find this?

Hi

 

You need to connect to your virgin media router, default is 192.168.0.1. The password if you haven't changed it is "changeme". Then go to advance setting and scroll down until you see "Port Forwarding".
