Does it matter which side the tubing is on (AIO)'s?

I have a H115i GTX, someone told me that it the tubes needed to be on the left side. but it wouldn't look good and cover the corsair logo

which way is correct or does it not matter?

Top vs. bottom I could at least understand because you can argue that air in the lines would be different (although placement still doesn't matter)

I run my tubes on the right so the logo isn't covered on my H110i, it works great!

 

The only thing you need to worry about it making sure it doesn't kink.

Whoever told you that obviously wasn't very knowledgeable on the matter. No, it doesn't matter which side the tubes are on.
