Intel Core i5 6600K Extreme Multitasking

So for a new PC I am planning to build I am debating if I should get an Intel Core i5 6600K, i7 6700K or i7 5820K. I am trying to keep the budget as low as possible. I watched Linus' video about CPU cores for gaming, streaming and rendering simultaneously. The video showed that the i5 couldn't handle it. (Yes I know it's the i5 4690K but the performance is pretty much the same) For my build, I need a CPU that can render a video and play light games such as Minecraft at the same time. Would the i5 6600K be able to handle this? I will only be doing rendering and gaming at the same time. No streaming etc.

It probably will.

The question is, how much longer will the rendering take.

Friend is streaming League of Legends, and Minecraft without any Problems with an i5 2400 Sandybridge.

I made a mistake. The video showed that the i5 COULDN'T handle it.

Go Xeon? Haswell Xeon build would be the best budget while still maintaining 4/8 cores/threads for multitasking.
