Changing from IDE to Raid is the bios actually does nothing apart from allowing you to start using the raid controller to set-up raid in the first place.

 

 

Change it back to IDE and do some more research into raid before you kill the OS on your drive... Any question please ask away....

LOL . Just watched Linus videos and I understand now . I don't even have 2 HDD for Raid
