I get solid 60FPS in GTA V !

LokiFire

I can't run it on max settings because i only have 1.5GB Vram but it looks great and have tesselation up and NVIDIA shadows etc with good draw distances.

I am more surprised by my Phenom II though.. holds up great :o

How do people have issues with this game? trying to run the game at stupid settings or something?

My old 960 would run out of VRAM insanely quickly, resulting in appaling stutter.

My 290x, however, runs the game maxed w/ no aa at 50-60 fps at 2560X1080, using about 3.9GB of VRAM

Pst, the Phenom II in my laptop with its MR HD5650 can manage to play nearly all current games as well.

I did drop to 48FPS when going fast through the city actually but it's really smooth and i do not really seem to be taxing my GPU much, i can probably turn a setting or two up.

Turned 2xMSAA on and now i hover at 45-55FPS, if i apply my GPU OC that should bring the performance right back up... i'm impressed, so much better than GTA IV

FR drops in GTA V don't actually seem too bad. It doesn't seem to be a sharp drop but a progressive one so you don't really notice that it's happening (unless you are actively looking for it).

My i3-4150 with 8GB of RAM and a GTX 750 2GB can run with pretty decent settings (still better than consoles) and never goes below 30FPS. FPS does go down when driving fast through the city.

My old 780 ran SP flawlessly at max settings (except AA), but I had to turn it down once I started playing online. I haven't noticed a difference with my current 390, but online seems to get less FPS drops when there's a lot going on around me.

I struggle to get a constant 60 + ENB even on very high settings.

And no, I can't just uninstall ENB. The games original lighting is poop.
