PC for my parents

Hi, I'm building a new pc for my parents.  They don't do anything crazy.  They primarily use the current pc for watching Netflix, looking things up on the internet, and things like that.  I know this is way overkill, but this is meant to last them a while.  Their budget is $700. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Because it's noisy. (truthfully I wouldn't normally recommend an mITX build anyway, it just so happened that I was spec'g that out earlier and I liked the look of it when I saw it now)
