Not bad for the ssds but there's little point in putting ssds in raid 0. It doesn't get faster for anything but sequential transfer speeds and can end up even slower than a single ssd.

Why? If you have the Sandisk already, but need a larger OS drive, then just sell it and buy a 250GB Samsung EVO

It will be fine, they're hard drives and crossing brands will not alter the quantum wave function...

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.

I have been meaning to fix up the Mac Mini I use when my main rig is out of action (quite often, and yes I know, a Mac). I thought an SSD RAID array would be fast, but I now see where I am going (and of course, RAID 0 doubles failure rate.). I will probably just get a data doubler kit and a 1TB HDD.

To who? I can't think of anyone that would want to buy 2nd hand SSD.

Sell it online on eBay, or Craigslist/kijiji, or on a forum like [H]ardforum (they have a great buy/sell subforum). Used SSD's can still pick up a decent price.
