PC For £750

Hi I am planning on building a PC soon but my budget only reaches £750. I need a monitor,a keyboard and an os.

This is my build so far.

I'm not planning on Over clocking and I want to be able to run fallout 4 at medium settings

Any input is welcome

EDIT:OK I've taken on some of the advice and switched to the 4690 non k and a 380x

you should be able to run fallout 4 on ultra if not at least high with that i mean my pc isn't much more powerful and i can run at ultra no problems its not as demanding as most modern titles as the engine is like 5 years old

Are you willing to go overbudget for the R9 390? If not:

 

I have that R9 390 and I must say it performs very well. It should be able to max out Fallout at 1080p.
