i have a 4790k and was exporting a video but it was only using about 60% of the cpu should i have expected more? i was using avid which most users do have xeons with suport ouf up to 42 cores, so i was wondering why was using only 60% because is  it that avid cannot utilize faster cores or what else could the reason be
