can any one recommend some good, cheap and bright UV LED's strips ive been looking at phobye LED's but they want £130 for 5 meters and that's way more then I want to pay as ive seen UV 5 meter strips for £15 pound on EBAY (but I don't now if its any good) I will need about 5 meters as my case is a  full tower duel rig and I would like to do it in long strips instead of connecting multiple strips together

you dont need 5M of LED strips for a case...

one or two 30cm strips is more than enough even for a full tower

 

and do not buy cheap UV LED strips because they look like crap

get some darkside strips

For UV LED's there are premade options like ones from Addon Customs or Cable Mods, both are great options.

When it comes to UV case LEDs you really can't go cheap because the cheap ones are made with highly inferior materials and the UV light constantly bombarding them will cause the light strip to degrade very quickly and you'll wind up spending more money in the long run to keep replacing them. I highly recommend that you pay the money up front for a reputable product that will work well for a long time.

 

And you really don't need 5m of LED strips to light a full size tower unless they are super cheap quality and don't put out much light, in which case see my statement above. 

 

I don't know who to recommend for you because I don't know the current UK market and how much it will cost for you to have something shipped overseas, but I still recommend not going cheap.
