overclocking a e5 2690v3

I know its a bad idea but just for second thoughts, do y'all think if I overclocked a 2690v3 i could brick it?

or anyone know of a safe threshold?

you will only be able to OC through the Bclock. This means you will at most get 5% of improvement.
