I have a new uninterruptible power supply that advertises 330W. Will this be enough for my PC to keep running for a couple minutes when the power goes out? Is it safe to plug other things in(draw more watts)?

if your PC is at idle it will be fine and last for a few minutes

under load the PSU will struggle to put out the 300W that your PC requires and might actually shut off completely if the power goes out

As long as you're on the ball it should give you enough time to shut down. Though since you said you already have it you could just give it a try.

If I try are there any risks?

well with batteries and electricity in general there's always the risk of fire and explosions, usually followed by screaming, sometimes some running and almost always some crying and explaining afterwards.
