BenQ XL2430T Noise.

Fictionvl

Hello everyone, so I'm testing a monitor my friend gave me which is the BenQ XL2430T 144Hz monitor

I've noticed something with it, which is it develops a lot of noise randomly on youtube videos and when gaming.

does anyone have an idea?

my settings are as following Picture mode is RTS

Brightness at 75

Contrast at 50

Sharpness iat 6

Color temp at user define 100% RGB

AMA on high

Dynamic Contrast at 0

Senseye demo off

Reset Color On

also I'm on HDMI and not DP, I know I can't use the full potential of the monitor, but my DP cable broke, and I'm getting a new one
