Build advice

I'm building a new pc and would like some help. I will use it for vr, gaming and software programming. I also want it to be silent. Your advice and opinion would be greatly appreciated. Here is the hardware I came up with until now:

Graphite Series 760T Full-Tower Windowed Case

asus maximus viii extreme/assembly

asus rog matrix gtx 980 ti

Dominator Platinum Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Memory Kit

Nice build! Why that RAM? Nothing wrong with it just breaks the bank :P

Get a case with sound dampening such as Fractel R5/S/H440/ and replacing that loud cooler for NH-D15 or Dark ROCK 3, i would get NH-D15 as it easier to install.

I have moving parts in my system and at idle is not even noticeable ... i have all my fan running at it lowest and i can't hear a thing unless you try to hear the damn thing.

I know the ram is overkill but I am sick of my programs slowing down because I have too many things open at once. I have experienced 16GB nut that was just not enough. Overkill for the win ;)
