The R9 380 has better performance in comparison to the GTX 960.

Although I've been seeing a thread floating around saying that the GTX 960 is more suited to i3 and FX CPUs.

Powercolor is decent and their PCS+ cooler is actually not bad. Better than ASUS and GIGABYTE anyway.

I'd like to see benchmarks that show the PCS+ cooler is worse than the ASUS and GIGABYTE ones.

I don't care about that..im talking about the quality of the parts used/the quality of the manufacturing..and how long the card lasts

Powercolor's PCS+ is a great cooler. They stay pretty quiet, cool, and they don't look horrible. Powercolor has been in the business for quite a while, they know how to cool a GPU.

I've heard customer service might be less than ideal but the build quality is pretty solid.
