Too good PSU?

Hello, it might be a stupid question but, can my 1000W PSU burn my old pc? I have to check is the old PSU bad or something other broke up.
Pc spec:
GPU: Gigabyte amd radeon hd 6750 oc 1gb GV-R675OC-1GI 
MOBA: Asus P7P55D
RAM: good ram 1333mhz cl9 6gb
Intel® Core™ i3-540
 HDD 500gb wd blue

CPU: I7-6700k, MOBO: Asus Maximus VIII Hero, PSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA P2 1000W, GPU: Geforce GTX 1080, RAM: HyperX Savage DDR4 16GB 2800MHz, CASE: Corsair obsidian 900D, SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, HDD 3TB WD green, COOLER: Corsair hydro series H110I GT

This. Even if you have a Corsair AX1500i, all you'd have to accomodate for is the size of it.

 LTT recently did a video that's relevant to this. It'll only draw what it needs and not too much more. As long as that 1000w PSU isn't crappy
