i have budget of around 400$-500$ 

I builded this list and i need reveiw and tips...

Psu:EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power

gpu: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB 

Cpu: ntel Core I3-4160 Processor 3.60 GHz

motherboard:  AS Rock H81M-VG4 R2.0 LGA1150

case: Thermaltake Versa H21 CA-1B2-00M1NN-00

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800) UDIMM Memory Modules 

Storage: Seagate 320GB 2.inch Notebook 7200rpm SATA 16MB Buffer -Momentus ST320LT023

for a budget that low have you considered the used market? You can get a much better GPU than the GTX 950 used on ebay.

Probably also better off with an FX 6300

The i3 is perfectly fine, I have one in my brother's PC with a GTX 760, no issues and good performance.  Plus it has much better single core performance compared to a stock FX6300.  And it has a decent upgrade path.
